The Dance Team requires a lot of time and commitment. Tryouts are held in early spring and fundraising is required. Students must have a good attendance record, good conduct record, and grades must be in compliance with the rules set by KHSAA. All interested students must attend an informational meeting along with a parent before the tryout process begins. A meeting will be set up in early spring.
Dance Team History
The Tiger Dance Team was formed in 2007. In 2009 KDCO (Kentucky Dance Coaches Organization) was formed and Dance Teams throughout Kentucky were given an opportunity to compete in region and state competitions. The Tiger Dance Team began competing in 2010.

2011- 2nd place in Hip Hop (Small Division) & Most spirited Dance Team
2012 - GRAND CHAMPIONS of 3rd & 4th region!
2012 - 1st place in Pom, 1st place in Open, and 2nd place in Hip Hop (small Division)
2013 - 1st Place Hip Hop, 2nd place Pom, 2nd place Open, Best Dressed team! (medium division)
2013 - 1ST Place STATE Champs in "Open" category, medium divison
2014 - 1st place Pom, 2nd place Hip Hop , NDA Nationals 15th place Hip Hop
2015 - 1st place Pom, 1st place Team, 2nd place Hip Hop (small division)
2016 - 1st place Pom, 1st place Hip Hop, 1st place Team. (medium division)
2017 - STATE 2nd place in Hip Hop, 3rd in Pom. Regionals 2nd HH & Pom
2018 - STATE 2nd Team Performance. Regionals 1st in Team, 2nd in Pom, & Best Costume
2019 - STATE 2nd place in Team Performance, Regionals 2nd place in Team Performance
